No, I am considered an “out of network provider”. I am happy to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. This means you would pay for your session upfront, and depending on your plan, your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the cost.
If you’d like to check whether you have Out-of-Network Benefits, contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:
1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
2. What percentage of the session cost is reimbursed?
3. Do I have a deductible to meet before reimbursement kicks in? If so, what is the deductible amount?

It is not possible for a therapist to know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person upon the initiation of therapy. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified here. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your GFE, you may dispute or appeal the bill.
